Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 8-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges within India is zero while in international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We ship via reputed delivery partner for domestic orders and DHL for international shipments.
Our pricing structure varies for international orders, taking into consideration currency fluctuations. Also please note that shipping charges will also vary for domestic shipments depending on the location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91 9990699313 or email us at support@inajewels.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
